Social security short

Social security check deposited to my US bank today it was 25% short I got no explanation. My problem is I cannot contact anyone to ask about this. One from maze led to a message to contact the embassy in Bogota or consulate. I tried to do that and got a menu which was about visas or drug enforcement issues nothing having to do with my problem naturally. Till I tried to contact the human that must be there. No way. I can't call the us because I got rid of my Verizon SIM card for various reasons and now use claro. When I contacted social security international number it's in Spanish which I'm not sharp enough to handle on the phone they gave no option for English. I've used my social security on the website for years but now they want to verify it's me with my old obsolete Verizon phone number. They want two to three weeks to verify any new number I have. Does anyone have any suggestion on who I can talk to about what's going on and why my check was short by 25%? Or how to contact anyone who speaks English about social security issues from here without a Us phone number. I have a Us address and my same email but they want me to wait two or three weeks because I changed my phone number. Seems like same old bureaucratic obstacle course meant to challenge once perseverance insanity or just plain old Kafkaesque willingness to play along politely. I just went through 28 days and 6 grand to bring my 10 pound dog here. Turns out it's just about rabies shots. I try not to be a complainer but to have my social security check short and no one I can talk to about it just seems inept, cruel, it's just down right and different on the part of those we called Public servants. I know this I know this is old stale steam I'm blowing off but come on man, hi tech user friendly what about artificial intelligence man isn't there some way to get these things sorted out?
