URGENT - Check your emails!

Apparentently the Colombian National Bank has instructed all Banks to review their Accounts held by Foreigners who use Abono Automatico to deposit funds in their account.
I received an email on Wednesday, but did not see it until this morning from Bancolobia entitled " Actualizamos la información de tus remesas". On reading it, it stated that the Bank did not believe that my monthly Income was my pension, and that I was receiving income from a Colombian abroad.
If I didn't contact them by the 12th "TODAY" then my income transfers would be blocked.
We contacted Bancolombia, and apparently this was a standard letter sent to all Foreign Account Holders, I reminded them that they had all the documents on file to prove my pension, and she said that, if I was stating that there was no change, my income description number would be confirmed as pension, and nothing further needed to be done.
If you have had such a letter do not ignore it, at midnight tonight they are blocking incoming transfers if they have not heard from you.
