BBQ Smoker in a Box

Business in a Box for sale. I made the first true open pit BBQ in Costa Rica 14 years ago; a wood smoker pit for Ribs, Pork Shoulders, Brisket or Chicken. I gathered the materials for an additional location, but my health no longer allows me to continue in this. I have everything necessesary to build a one meter by two meter by two meter high brick BBQ smoker pit, and I am selling everything at a very small percentage of cost:

600 Fire Bricks. Not the clay kind, but real fire bricks that cost $4.70 each. Extemely dense, they hold in heat better than any other material, and could also be used to make a pizza oven.

A stainless steel sink insert, 1.8 meters long, .70 meters wide, and .50 by .50 in the sink portion, with .50 depth. This allows you to clean really large pots or other instruments. It cost 180 mill. colones to build, and is almost new condition.

Iron doors, 1/4 inch thick, with hinges, one for the fire pit and a larger one for the meat smoking area. Never mounted or used, ready to go.

Safety guages, german made hoses, 50K Btu fire starter and maintainer for the fire pit.

Fireproof glass = 1/8 thick at .80 by 1.10 for customer observation of the smoking process.

20cm by 20cm L shaped chimney, for smoke extraction.

Plans that you can use to build it, drawn by me. I have built three of these here, and the pits work great.

Pick up the materials, plans and get started on either a money-making business or an addition to your home or hotel. I will sell the entire collection to the first one to give me $800. This is about 20% of replacement cost.
