Work Share

We have been researching CR for 12 years. Quite confident that Sámara area (within distance to schools but up higher- on this south side of the river) is where we want to be with our 2 kids and 3 dogs. Just about ready to list our home in Oregon for sale, but having second thoughts.
If we sold our home we could buy in CR with cash, however our original dream of CR was a vacation/work share. If we could find one that would work for us, we could have the best of both worlds and keep our home in USA too. We have several friends that have offered to let us watch their properties while they are out of the country (9 months of the year) but all those locations are too fr from good schools that we can afford. Is there anyone that owns property near good schools that needs it overseen while away? Wants work done while they are gone? We would leave when you are there and do work/improvements/oversee while you are gone? Husband is experienced in finishwork/construction in multi-million dollar homes and has customized our own (hence why we don’t want to sell). Renting it out we will not do while out of the country. Have VA monthly income so we are able to be residents. Though don’t want to rent as we also have dogs.
Can we take care of your place, improve, airport runs, groceries, tours etc...
This would be our ideal situation, so just throwing it out there. Have worked for vacation rentals in resort towns (Park City UT and San Diego CA) and will be available to do airport pick up/drop off, and groceries orders for owners and guests as well. Have a 4x4 passenger van too.
Please let me know if you or someone you know may be interested in this arrangement:

Thank you!!
