My turn I hope :) Questions re Last Will and Testament.

Hi everyine I hoope you are all healthy and as happy as possible under our dire circumstances...:(
well after many years here helping many folk its my turn to ask for help LOL
I am revising my will a thing we hate to talk about but must do.Nothing to do with the pandemic BUT time is slipping by very fast and instead of getting onto any haggling thats going on I am going to ask for help.
I have a good lawyer BUT after many years and the pandemic he advises me to update things as I had chosen him as my executor...and he siad "What if I die? UGH the thought of it but the possibility remans. So I wonder how many of you POPERTY OWNERS have made a will here in Costa Rica and the Ins and outs as I may have to start all over as My lawyer cannot revise my will as I am thinking of adding him in my Willso therefore would be a conflict of interest.
Does anyone recommend a lawyerhey have used PERSONALLY in this matter of will making which gets more complicated as we age, ?
Ihave heard a few names here Peterson I think is one but I have a feeling many are paying Gringo prices to their lawyers and I am a bit spoiled as I have lived here 32 years Hard to believe but true. S I am used to paying local prices..HOWEVER if necessary I will consider the Blue eyed price IF they can be efficient and helpful . I own property here so it would help if someone in my position who wants to bequeth my property to a couple who already live on my farm and adore my animals and would continue to do so if God chooses its my time.
So IF youca recmmend without ( as is often the case getting a kick back ) agood LAWYER who can give me advice first via phone so I know approx what it will cost as I know there ids a high price for transferring property fro one name to another,I gave up my corporation because I was payng tax for nothing. Now it could have been helpful
Again I ask IF anyone who has had same experience with a property Probate here and can give me a recmmendation or the new laws which may be in place now ..I would REALLY appreciate it...Hang i there its at least ltolerable being that I live on 3 lovely acres so do not feel "Hemmed in for my quarantine...
Bast of luck and thank you in advance .Any help would be gratefully received. It used to be yu need 2 witnesses for changes or making a will NOW yuo need #,,so I am asking those who may know these thngs ..Again thanks in advance MY email is better for me as lately I rarely have time for internet..Email is
ugh I forgot God knows why, but I don't think they allow you to put e mail here SO please PM me for my email address...or message . and I will have to log in and see daily if I have any responses....oh dear...
God Bless us all
