My brother recently died; a US citizen who owned two properties in CR that squatters took over when he had to leave CR in 2012. We need a lawyer skilled in forensic investigation to recover the properties so they can be sold. One is an industrial condo in San Jose, the other ocean view land on a hillside in Dominical. Please PM me.

I have no idea how to PM from this site.
Here is the attorney I would recommend. Very well versed in real estate and family law.
They are in San Jose, do lots of work in the South Pacific.

Same place as your message - it says 'send a private message'. To pick up a response there is a bluish button that says 'PM'.

Very sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I sent you a private message with some info. Please let me know if you received. Thanks, Jed
