Advice needed please

Hello,
To give some background, I am looking into a move to London sometime next year and I wanted to write this hoping that someone could give me some advice as to what I may need to obtain a job in the UK. Currently, I work in Marketing/Creative Services field while taking courses in Graphic Design. I would like to keep this line of work overseas, but I want to make certain that I know the guidelines for what a CV should look like to an employer.

Also, I will take any tips on making such a move. Currently, I live in Massachusetts near Boston and have moved to Texas before, but never across international borders. A friend of mine lives in Norwich, Norfolk, UK, so I'm hoping that that will help a bit. Also, a friend of mine here in Massachusetts has friends and family in London, which she said she will contact once my move becomes final. However, I will take as much information and help as I can get. I am open to ANY suggestions right now.
