Eating out in Avignon can also be expensive, especially in the city center. However, there are cheaper options available outside the city center. Public transportation in Avignon is reasonably priced, with options including buses and trains. Owning a car can be quite expensive, considering the cost of gasoline, maintenance, and parking. Healthcare in Avignon is of high quality, but it can be expensive if you do not have health insurance. Education, especially international schooling, can also be quite costly.
