"Todos Santos offers a variety of healthcare services for its residents and visitors. The local hospital offers in-house medical care and has a 24-hour emergency service. Several pharmacies have opened in the town and are stocked with a variety of medications and over-the-counter health products. In addition, the community has an extensive network of clinics, both government-run and private, providing regular outpatient care and minor procedures. Todos Santos also has midwives and naturopathic practitioners offering treatments and advice in the area, and a variety of traditional healing practices are still practiced by the local indigenous communities," remarked another expat in Todos Santos, Mexico.
