Is there a lot of diversity? Are people in Cabo San Lucas accepting of differences?

Answer this Question

When we asked people about diversity in Cabo San Lucas and whether locals are accepting of differences, they said...

"Yes, this area Los Cabos has a strong English influence and has had for over 30 years. Mainly American and Canada, however over the lat couple of years we have seen a European influx. The local Mexican population embraces the growth knowing it strengthen their economic future. Over the past 5 years I have noticed the Mexican youth, 25-35 are showing up at the more expensive places to hang out. This tells me there is a growth in the middle class sector of their population, which is great," remarked another expat who made the move to Cabo San Lucas , Mexico.

"Cabo San Lucas is an incredibly diverse city, both in terms of its population and its culture. The city is home to people of Mexican, Indigenous, African, and other backgrounds providing a unique cultural fusion. Additionally, Cabo San Lucas is a highly tolerant and accepting city. People of all backgrounds, beliefs, and orientations can feel comfortable and welcome in Cabo San Lucas," explained one expat living in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
