When we asked people about industries and career opportunities in Cyprus, they reponded...

"Foreigners often have jobs in the tourism industry in Cyprus, such as working in hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality services. They may also work in the construction industry, as well as in retail and other service industries. Other jobs that foreigners may have in Cyprus include teaching English, working in finance, and working in the IT sector," said another expat in Cyprus.

"Other than tourism and small shops Cyprus has very little industry. Because the people are very lazy a company usually must import personnel if they want a business here," wrote a member who made the move to Limassol, Cyprus.
