Bed and breakfast in Belize

We finally made it down to Belize. We have been looking at places to setup a bed and breakfast all over the country.
So far, we have not found what we are searching for, but did find some nice places. I thought I would let you guys know about one we found that might make a nice fit for the right person.
It's 110 acres outside San Ignacio with a large home and five guest cabanas already setup. There's a sixth one designed as a bathhouse. The property has jackfruit, breadfruit, mango, orange trees, lots of hardwoods and probably more that we didn't see. There's a river that runs beside the property and mountains all around. It's on an archaeological preserve with some caves and swimming holes nearby.
The road from San Ignacio is rough, but the owner says it is scheduled to be paved later this year. We actually spent a night out there and loved it, but my wife needs to be closer to a beach. We have traveled through most of the country over the last week or so and still have several days and properties left, but this place was special. It's not for us, but someone is looking for it.
The owner is having health issues and wants to be closer to freinds and family. She has been in Belize for 20 years and will gladly tell you anything you want to know about the area. Private message me and I will give you her information and some pictures. She is not ready to advertise it for sale because she doesn't want the locals bothering her over it.
She is asking $750,000 but I think she would take much less. I can give you more information on some of the offers she has had when you message me.
