I am an Indian and I am trying to take a decision on moving to Seoul however I am not clear on the cost of living in Seoul. In India I have a salary of 3,000,000 INR (approx $46K ) per year and able to save around 1,400,000 INR ($21-22K) at the end of year.
Request views on what should I target as salary in Seoul having same saving and living standards considering that I am staying on rent in India and have a family of 2 with single source of income.

You need minimum US 1.5K ~ 2K per month to living. It depends on where you live in Seoul. Housing cost in Seoul is very high.
