How do I find a place to live in Eastbourne?

We asked expats how they chose their neighborhood and found a place to live. They answered:

"To find a place to live in Eastbourne, you can start by searching online property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. These websites allow you to filter your search based on your preferences, such as location, budget, and property type. You can also visit local estate agents in Eastbourne, such as Fox & Sons, Oakfield, and Andrews, to discuss your requirements and view available properties. Additionally, you can join local Facebook groups or online forums where people may post about available rentals or properties for sale. Don't forget to consider factors such as proximity to public transport, schools, and amenities when choosing a location. Finally, once you have shortlisted some properties, arrange viewings to inspect them in person before making a decision," said one person in Eastbourne.
