"It is important to research the healthcare system in Jeddah before having a baby there. Make sure to find a reputable hospital or clinic with experienced staff and quality care. Additionally, it is important to familiarize yourself with the cultural norms and expectations for childbirth in Saudi Arabia. It is also a good idea to connect with other expat parents in Jeddah to get advice and support. Finally, make sure to take care of yourself during pregnancy and childbirth by eating a balanced diet, getting plenty of rest, and staying active," remarked another expat who made the move to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
"I would recommend the same hospital, but would advise to read up on breast-feeding and if you are really convinced you want to do it, be strong," explained one expat living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
