"Yes, you would likely save money living in Phú Quoc Island compared to the United States. The cost of living in Vietnam is generally much lower than in the United States. This includes expenses such as housing, food, transportation, and healthcare. Rent, for example, is significantly cheaper in Phú Quoc Island than in most cities in the United States. Dining out, groceries, and local goods and services are also less expensive. Additionally, public transportation and taxis are very affordable in Vietnam. However, it's important to note that while the cost of living is lower, the average income is also lower in Vietnam compared to the United States," said a member in Phú Quoc Island, Vietnam.
