What is life like as an expat in your area?
When we asked people living abroad what life is like in their areas and how people spend their time, they said...
"Life for expats and digital nomads in Cyprus is generally quite pleasant. The country has a warm climate, beautiful beaches, and a relaxed atmosphere. Expats and digital nomads can find plenty of activities to keep them busy, from exploring the ancient ruins to enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The cost of living is relatively low, making it an attractive destination for those looking to stretch their budget. The locals are friendly and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and make new friends. With its stunning scenery, delicious food, and laid-back lifestyle, Cyprus is an ideal place for expats and digital nomads to call home," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Cyprus.
"Most lives revolve around the family. The work ethic is non-existant. After an hours work they need an hours break to recompose themselves. For sun, sand and rest it is ideal. For business it is a joke," commented one expat who made the move to Limassol, Cyprus.
