still thinking c.r or panama

C.R. is a pretty place, they have mountains and forest, rivers and ocean. They have many types of wildlife running around. The government talks from time to time about helping to save all of this, talk is all it is really. They found boats that were killing turtles in the open ocean, turtles that were coming to lay eggs on their beaches, these turtles are the size of a small vw bug and are 50 or more years old. what a waste, what a crime that we allow that to be done.

another huge problem they have is shark finning. I am no fan of the shark, I have dived with them and enjoy watching them, I don't get to close and many times they don't either. They just want to look at me as much as I do them.

In c.r. you can catch sharks but you have to bring the whole shark to shore and use it. what they do is hook them, bring them on board, cut off their fins and throw them back into the ocean to die.

The world was watching c.r. so they started placing a offical on the docks and the fishermen knew they couldn't dock with the fins. so what they do? they build their own docks and hide behind their gates, so no one can see what the boats are bringing in.

here's a link http://www.treehugger.com/files/2011/01/celebrity-chef-shark.php this is when chef gordon ramsay tried to film it, and heres the video he did in c.r. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZVd27jLMGc you can also see the whole video just google it.

If you look you will see the ladies on the roof are from china. shark fin soup is big money there so this will go on.. I ask you if this is legally in c.r. then why hasn't the police stopped it? if a chef from England with a camera man can walk up on a roof and shoot this film why can't the police do something?
money and lots of it that's why. so c.r. sits back while a few people get paid and the sharks are getting wiped out.

you might not like sharks, but they are a link in the chain. people don't like to be stung by a bee but wihtout them or crops will fail.

If that isn't enough to make you think then let me post what the c.r. government has done this week.

OK so if the crime rate there doesn't scare you away there are two other points that need to be looked into.

one is a Luxury home tax you have to pay every year.. you see they are out of money, so a while back they voted in a new law that was set up and pushed through. the idea was, you have money and have a nice home, and we have people here that live in well, dumps. so we want to take your money and use this to build our people a better home to live it. yeah you owe them don't you.. well the law passed and it was only going to be a law for 10 years, after that it would be gone.. 2 things happen today,, first they voted to allow that tax to be forever.... and 2nd so far no one can show any of this money that has been paid in so far that went to build a single home... hummmm.. o and you have to hire someone to come out and tell you what your home is worth so you will know how much to pay!!! This is a new tax, that is added on to the taxes you already have to pay on that home and land.

2nd reason not to move there,,, well again it goes back to they are broke, so now a speeding fine can cost you 600.00, and if your really going fast you can get three years in jail! they just got some new speed trap camera's in and they are putting them to work, it's a cash cow people!!! lets look,, by thursday 4.25 pm 11,815 motorists at five points were speeding by at least 20kph. that means each one will get a ticket for at least 600.00. so in 16 hours the fines will add up to 1 MILLION DOLLARS.... get caught doing 93 mph or more THREE YEARS IN JAIL. That's what I'm talking about,, lets see what can we do next, find anyone that is breaking the law and pound the crap out of their wallets... hey I got one!! how about 200.00 fine for jay walking, or maybe your dog not on a lead,, 200.00 or maybe if he pee's outside even in your yard 500.00 fine yeah,, man can't wait till they vote these in!!

The problem is a old one and is everywhere, the governments of the world take your money and after sticking most of it in their pockets as well as their friends they don't have any left to fix that road that is now dirt.. so you must pay more money so we can fix it for YOU.. of course they will steal that money as well and the road still doesn't get fixed..

c.r. was doing ok till the world market hit bottom, then jobs were gone and people didn't have a way to feed their kids, so they steal. the government has no income so they must start stealing as well, so lets start by jacking your taxes, and hitting you with huge fines for anything and everything. It won't stop there either, fee's for permits will go up and anything that has to do with government will go up as well. everytime something is raised it is passed along to you.

panama has a income called the canal. We also have gold and the worlds largest depoist of cooper, which the local people have stopped them from digging it out. so far the government has backed off that, but one day they will get it. there is billions of dollars laying there.
