House Sittings in Panama?

Hello!! I live in Manhattan, NYC., and would love to come to Panama to stay for a minimum of three months, if at all possible. I am a US citizen. My preference would be to do a house-sitting in Boquete, but my top requirement is for the house to be left with dogs to care for. Another important requirement is to be in a home where people have not and do not smoke or drink. I rented a floor from a couple in CR last year. They had the first floor, I took the second. Everything was fine until I arrived, and less than a day later I found out that they were both committed alcoholics and non stop smokers. On top of that, the husband was very violent towards the wife, who none the less was a sweet heart. A vicious, nasty man. I am relating this experience, because I don't want the same thing happening to me in Panama. Other than that, you should know that I do yoga everyday. That is my vice, along with dog. Please go to: Godsangelsoverme on Google. There, you'll find a photo of my husband and I. I have done house sittings in the past, and I have an FBI background check. I can also provide you with great references, upon request. Will be using this trip to see if Panama is a place where we can contemplate moving to,. I do agree with a few of the ex pats who live in Panama. The infrastructure in CR. leaves a lot to be desired. By the way....Are there street addresses in Panama, clearly posted? What a disappointment when I arrived in CR., to see that none of the streets have addresses. You just have to know where you are, and where you are going. Also, is one able to throw toilet paper into the toilet? Not so in CR. I went into very nice restaurants, all with the same problem.....The smell was overwhelming.
In any case, if anyone is in need of house sitter with dogs, I'm fair game. If not, I hope I can rent a room in a nice home, and the requirements will be the same.
Take care and many blessings,
cityoflights
