FSBO, $150,000, more info available on request: selling lots No. 2 and 3 in El Fortin, Altos de Cerro Azul with two houses. The location is on Vistamares Road, at exactly the 6-km road marker point from the entrance gate. The main house is located at the following geographical coordinates, which may be viewed in Google:
North 9 degrees 13 minutes 77 sec
West 79 degrees 24 minutes 06 sec
Total acreage is close to 4,700 sq meters (about half a hectare). The main house (see photos) has a large master bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with tub/shower, and an adjoining room. The two lots have individual property deeds, so we could consider selling individually at a pro-rated price to be agreed
Downstairs there's a guest room with its own bathroom (shower). Monthly community maintenance costs are $90 for both lots. Potable water is metered and very reasonably priced at $10 a month.
