Contract with locals, to protect oneself

Greetings.

A few months ago, someone posted a very helpful topic on this forum, about employing a driver to work for you (driving your car or van or whatever), and what sort of contract you would need to draw up.

The post specifically mentioned a contract, whereby the driver does not work for YOU, per se; rather, he works for himself (some sort of freelancer, or contractor). And, he simply pays you a fixed amount every day/week/month.

This way, you are protected from any responsibility and/or liability, should the driver prove to be unreliable, irresponsible, etc, etc.

I searched this forum, but cannot find that specific post (I know it's still here, as posts cannot be deleted from this forum).

Any-who, if the OP of that post wouldn't mind repeating an old thread :=))............what was that contract called again, in Spanish? I'm getting a passenger mini-bus, and would like to hire a driver. But, I'd much rather have such a contract in place, so the driver is literally working for himself.

Maybe, draw up a "rental contract", which states that the driver is simply renting the car from me, for a fixed amount daily/weekly, and, thus, he is totally responsible for the car?
