What is life like as an expat in your area?
When we asked people living abroad what life is like in their areas and how people spend their time, they said...
"Life for expats and digital nomads in Abu Dhabi is generally quite comfortable. The city is modern and well-developed, with plenty of amenities and services to make life easier. The cost of living is relatively low, and the city is home to a diverse range of cultures and nationalities. The climate is hot and dry, but the city is well-equipped with air conditioning and other modern comforts. The city is also home to a vibrant nightlife, with plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants to explore. Abu Dhabi is a great place for digital nomads to work and live, with plenty of opportunities for networking and collaboration," commented one expat who made the move to Abu Dhabi, the UAE.

"Though Abu Dhabi is more traditional compared to its glitzy sister Dubai, and family values/activities are stressed, nightspots are available for singles as well. It's an easier gig for families, as so much of life for an American expat here revolves around the ACS American Community School. They have a veritable cornucopia of activities and events planned for both students and their parents," remarked another expat in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
