Other cities with a good selection of medical specialists include Quetzaltenango, Escuintla, and San Marcos. Additionally, the departments of Sacatepéquez, Chimaltenango, and Sololá are known for having a wide variety of medical specialists," wrote a member who made the move to Guatemala.
