Painless Phone Call For Our SEF Resident Permit Appointment

Here are the links for pages you will need for your SEF Residency Permit Process.

We called the (fixed network number) Just stay on the line and wait till someone answers. It might take 45 minutes. Ask if they speak English. Tell them you want an appointment for your Resident Permit. They will ask for your birth date and phone number and email. We called today and received our appointment in two weeks! One of the things they need is a rental contract so we can either use our Airbnb or hopefully we will have a place sorted by then.

SEF offers the possibility of scheduling your appointment by telephone, by SEF’s Call Centre, on working days from 09:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. via the number 808 202 653 (fixed network) or 808 962 690 (mobile network).
