Hi,
Do you have any prices for both Arizona and California compounds?

Thank you so much for posting this! My husband and I are moving to Riyadh from Jeddah and we are in shock not only over the prices but also over the lack of availabilities! Where do they expect people to live if all the compounds are full and private apartments will not rent to Western expats because of security!

The ones that you did not include are so expensive they are not even worth getting on the waiting list!

Again, thanks and we have decided that if we are reincarnated, we definately will not choose medicine as our careers, we will pick a profession that pays for their employees to live in Cordoba or Arizona!

Thanks again!

Looks to me like you've missed out quite a few compounds:

Kingdom
Al Hamra
Cordoba
Seder

to name a few...

Seder Village btw - waiting list is closed, however accomodation ranges between SAR48,000 for a furnished studio to SAR180,000 for a 5 bedroom.
