We arrived in November. The Mexican people are dedicated to working hard to keep their island safe.. They are very compliant with the rules, wearing face masks etc. Businesses have special protocols every biz takes your temp, gives u sanitary gel.. Cruise ships stopped in March 2020 and a date is not confirmed for return..hopefully February. Tip up !
