Mom and kids cafe

Hi everyone,

I'm an American citizen and planning on moving to Germany to start a business for children, a "kindercafe": eco-friendly indoor playground for moms and kids, organic and vegetarian meals, and classes such as yoga, languages, creative workshops, consignment clothing, etc.

I used to live in Munich and graduated from a German university, so German language is not an issue. I'm just wondering what would be the perfect fit for such business. Munich is too pricey, and Berlin too big. My child starts Kindergarten this coming fall and I would prefer a nice cosy "green" place to get settled.

What city/town would you recommend, based on your "German" experience?
