Aachen: Americans living there?

I am soon moving to Aachen for work. Having been in-country for a year I can get by on my own but am moving to Aachen alone. I will need an occasional dosage of home, English-language films, groups, etc. Anyone in this forum living there? Maybe lived there once and can point me the right direction. It is a university town and I am in my 50's.
