Married to a German, but have no Rights to work?

Hello all, we hope someone out there can help us.

I'm happily married now, and we had a nice Honeymoon up in the north recently.

But I still have few or no Rights here after I married a German. I still am not allowed to work to support my Wife. We've also suddenly been receiving conflicting information on what paperwork to complete for my Residence Permit.

So my Wife (alone) visited the new Ausländerbehörder for clarification and now we are almost ready to actually file a MAJOR Slander Law-Suit against that Behörder and for the bizarre undeserved Harrassment. This crazy, irrational City Hall employee deliberately Slandered me, told direct falsehood of my very positive residency history here, and this person wished us a terrible Honeymoon if any at all.

But first I must ask someone here if this was only an extreme version of a German City Hall's foreigner marriage filtering or something like that? I just spoke to a aquaintance I knew from München who is an Attorney there and he recommends I simply just try to get a different Behörder and that it is next-to-impossible to Sue a City Hall employee in Germany. But if that very circumstance would have happened in America I am 100 per-cent sure I could immediately and easily Sue for Slander because of the wrongful damages it caused (and likely get that City Hall employee terminated from employment).

We would really be thankful for anyone's advice. When we learn how we needed to deal with this we will give something back to the forum hopefully for someone else's support.

Thanks, Phil & wife.
