Special Education

Does anyone have any advice on how to find Special Education services around Heiligenhaus, Germany? We have a daughter with Down syndrome and severe language impairments. She currently attends a special education class in a public school here in the United States. She receives academic and behavioral supports in her special classroom, and aide support during the short amount of time she spends with the General Education students. She also requires Speech and Occupational Therapy services. None in our family speaks German. Help! I haven't been successful online finding resources. Thanks for any advice you can lend.
