Moving to Stuttgart

What areas in Stuttgart would you suggest for a young family, with two dogs? We relocate to Germany this summer. We're active, and starting to take German lessons now. So we're not looking to live in the all American areas that cater to the Army base.

We are a Coast Guard family.
