International School of Stuttgart

This school looks good on paper. I strongly recommend to anyone thinking in sending their kids there to be cautious. Most teachers take advantage of the IB self-study program to do nothing instead of teaching. They are completely disorganize and they don't care. Recently, they are doing better thanks to Grade speed. Few really good teachers, good luck with the rest. A lot of verbal harassment, mostly and foremost from German kids to American kids. I said a lot!!! Teachers, principal, director they don't see/do anything about this huge problem. Director is all about raising money and please the rich germans. If you are American be specially cautious. Before you enroll your kid, ask them how many kids have been accepted to great schools. Put special attention to former American kids. Do your own resources. They are specially good in telling what you want to hear. One more thing, if you think your kid will learn German, then, think again.
