Looking for information about living in Dusseldorf

My husband and I are planning to move to Dusseldorf within the next few months so that I can attend school at a the Rhein-Waal University. We are traveling to Dusseldorf Feb 12-19 and would like to meet with some Expats who have already made the transition so they can tell us what their experience has been.
