I am in need of a place to live in Ajijic

Good Morning Community!

I have been living in Puerto Vallarta going on three months but I want to move to Ajijic. I know it is high season but I won't let that discourage me in my hopes of finding a nice place to live in Ajijic.

If anyone knows of a place please let me know.

Here are some of the basics.

Looking for either a one or two bedroom furnished apartment or small casita.
Most important is I have a house cat and want a small dog as soon as I can find one.
A must is to have screens on the windows for keeping kitty inside.
One bathroom is okay.
Lots of windows for sunshine.
My own hot water source.
Easy access to the bus or taxi.
Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish.
I am originally from New Mexico but actually came from an 8 month visit to Ecuador....then to PV.
Since I am not a spring chicken I can't be climbing hills,/mountains or stairs above a second floor.
I have heard that the nights there are chilly so I would need a heat source in the house.

Now my wish list:

I am an avid vegetable gardener so green space to do that would be a very big plus.

Please talk around to your friends and let me know if there is a little place for me now in your community.
I would plan to move the first week of February. Thank you all for any help or suggestions you can provide.
Most Sincerely,
JasmineinNM
