"The financial solvency amounts have been updated this year, based on the increase in the minimum wage in Mexico City. In the same way, if there are wide fluctuations in the peso-dollar exchange rate, the amount will increase or decrease as the case may be, therefore the solvency amount may be modified depending on the exchange rate in force at the time of your appointment.

"Important information in relation to the amounts of economic solvency.
"The economic solvency for this type of visa is dictated by the minimum wage in Mexico and the current exchange rate between the peso and the dollar. Due to the recent fluctuations in the exchange rate and the peso trading against the dollar between $16.63 and $17.72, the amounts could be change monthly. The following amount will be applied to all 12 months.It is important to emphasize that the current exchange rate (MONTHLY AVAREGE FOR JUNE) at the time of your appointment is $17.72 pesos for each dollar. This is applicable to the 12 months of account statements that are requested to demonstrate your economic solvency.

• USA Bank Statements with a minimum monthly ending balance of $59,000.00 USD of the last YEAR (One document per every single month (sep 2022- sep 2023); or
• Fideicomiso in original and current appraisal under ONLY applicant name with a value of $8,298,000.00 Pesos
• ONLY PENSIONIST (RETIRED) 60 years old(SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFIT PAYMENTS).
Proof of USA pension with a minimum monthly income of $3,550.00 USD of the last 6 months (One document per every single month)
Note: If you receive a pension we need the SS benefit letter and the bank statements of the last six months where the deposit is shown under your correct name
IMPORTANT: The statements of account must be shown in the name of the interested party, with the final monthly balance indicated in all months.

Joint, companies, businesses accounts will not be accepted.
Accounts IRA o 401K are accepted if you are 60 years old and retired.
LETTER OF ACCOUNT VERIFICATION ISSUED BY THE BANK IN ORIGINAL, LETTERHEAD AND SEAL OF THE INSTITUTION WILL BE REQUESTED."
