English speaking attorneys in Santa Elena area?

My wife and I are preparing to relocate to Ecuador next year, and as part of that, we are looking to purchase a landed property (from other English speaking expats).
I'm reasonably comfortable with both the location of the place, and its construction quality (although to be on the safe side, we are travelling to Ecuador to fully check things out next month).

I'm hoping to find an attorney who can help us out during the property transaction, with title searches, notarising of documents and so on...effectively someone to work on our behalf during the process (we're in Australia, so it's not particularly easy to take a quick "jaunt" to Ecuador every so often to oversee things).

Again, we're reasoanbly comfortable with the people we're buying from, and the location we're buying into. We just want an independent party to guide us through the legal process, so that when we land there for good in 12 months or so, we can move straight into our turn-key house with the title free and clear.

I've asked (several) people for referrals, but it seems if they can't "monetize" it, they aren't interested in helping (effectively because there's nothing in for them).

I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the direction of someone who is based somewhere in the area, who can speak English (our Spanish is virtually non-existent at present; a situation we intend to remedy over the next 12 months).
