Need help with pet friendly airlines, please

We are flying from Mexico to Ecuador using COPA Airlines who permits our Chihuahua to travel in the cabin with us. After our time in Ecuador, we are planning to visit Argentina and Brazil but I am having real difficulties finding airlines there who permit our dog to travel with us in the cabin.
Seems LAN and Aerlineas Argentina will not permit a pet to travel in the cabin and TAM will consider the request and "ask permission" once I have booked my flight.
I am hoping some of you may know airlines from Ecuador to these countries that do permit a small dog to travel in the cabin.
