i prefer a bohemian city-no quito as there tolerance for weed is nil--i dont know what rent runs but am prepared to pay $300 usd per month--need internet service--2bedroom preferably--landlord that do not mind cats tropical setting--above sealevel elevation n close to a town as i do not drive--regards, Will
