domestic luggage allowance

We are flying into Quito the 20th, maxed out with luggage allowance. 2 lg suitcases, 1 carry on, 1 bag or comuter per person, all free. Next day we fly with Aerogal to Cuenca. Will we have problems or have to pay extra? Will check their site now as I should have earlier (not that we can do much about it). But if there are limitations is there any other safe easy way to get the excess to Cuenca? Thanks,
