Find the website for the International Drinking Water Council, which was mentioned in the following article:

Or, find some other evidence on the Internet that this organizaton exists.

Since IDWC is supposedly located in Hamburg, Germany (Deutschland), it probably goes by a different name there.

I'd like to see the IDWC's report, which ranked Cuenca #1 in municipally-supplied water quality, and Arequipa, Peru, as #2 in municipally-supplied tap-water quality. I was surprised that Arequipa beat out Argentine cities' tap water, when Peru's tap water is notorious, but Argentina's tap water is considered good.
