Visa Facilitator/Attorney in Quito

Hi! We are planning to move to Cotacachi in May and need to find an immigration attorney or facilitator in the Cotacachi area or in Quito. We plan to immediately apply for our pensioner residency. We want someone with whom we can communicate before we go to be sure we have every document we could possibly need before we leave the U.S.

We have tried Gabriela Espinosa and wonder if there are other recommendations. We hear from a friend that Gabriela is too busy and that you constantly have to bug her to get things done.

Any help you could give would be appreciated! Can't wait to get to Ecuador!
