Funacion-Avanzar Cuenca: volunteers needed

Funacion-Avanzar volunteers are so excited about the upcoming project to paint the walls on the pediatric unit at Hospitale Vincente Corral Moscoso, beginning next week.

The lead artist, Gary Myers is donating his time and talent for this wonderful gift to the children.

To make this happen is going to take a lot of volunteers and...paint!

If you're interested in helping with either your time or donating the equivalent of the cost of a can of paint, join us at the exhibit Friday evening, or contact Breather at her PM or the email listed below

"Time and Place Snapshots of Ecuador" Gary Myers will be exhibiting more than forty paintings about his impressions of Ecuador. Gary is a well known Santa Fe Artist whose work is sure to delight the senses. Here the harmony of image and color is expressed as simple reaction to a country, its beauty and her people.

Also, at the event there will be a sign-up for volunteers and donations of paint for the "One Thousand Foot Mural' benefiting the long term children's ward of the public Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso.
