And the "Screaming Headlines" Crowd Continues

I am sure many good folks received a recent (probably yesterday) really excited sounding email, featuring a condo in (I will be kind here) "coastal Ecuador". My God...what a steal! You could pay to get on a real estate tour, see this condo...and buy it for just $150,000! Problem is, I have an identical unit, same building, better location, for $105,000. I don't know of anything in that building which has sold for more than $120,000. So...wow...what a bargain?!? Go right out and buy that little ditty for $150,000. Hey... maybe they will cut you a real deal at $130,000. Anyways, folks...Caveat Emptor. This nonsense, just like some of the unfounded allegations by some on this forum are starting to wear thin. Everyday I encounter lost, confused and misinformed people, expressing shock at the realities we show them, while saying things that sound a whole lot like, "But that guy on the forum said..." or "But that newsletter we read assured us..." Caveat Emptor. Do your own independent research. Rely on no one...including me.
