Questions regarding transport

Hello. We will be moving later this year to Ecuador. I have many herbs, canned goods and such that I want to bring with me. Most are organic foods and medicinal herbs, tinctures and such. We also have animals.
I heard Aduana is not problematic. Can someone please advise me regarding canned goods, seeds, nuts, herbs, tinctures, and medicines? Is there a quarantine on animals that have proper paperwork? Is there a better shipper to use with a vault then others? What end destination is best for a vault to be opened? Is there a person in the states you would recommend to assist in vault preparation and management? What insurance(s) did you use for your good movement of goods? Any information you can provide would be most appreciated.
