English-speaking Visa Lawyer in Quito. I can highly recommend Oscar Valenzuela Morales for any visa work needed, his prices are lower than other visa lawyers. Oscar came to Ecuador over 20 years ago as a bi-lingual journalist from Chile. He was the founder of the two English speaking newspapers, Q and Inside Ecuador, which unfortunately no longer exist. Oscar went on to study law and get his degree, lives here with his wife and family and has practiced law for some years now. He has done Visa work for Arja Toivonen, the Finnish Artist, for Carlos Zorilla of Decoin, Intag, and many others who have been here some time, as well as newly arrived expats. We have been friends with Oscar for many years. He is honest and will complete your work, and communicate with you in English.
