Academics Need Santa Elena Rental

I interviewed at UPSE yesterday (thanks to Joan & Vic Dale!). We need a rental home. Any ideas??

POST ANYWHERE:

Two Academics are Seeking a long-term rental (min. 1 year) in/near La Libertad, Santa Elena, Ballenita, or another area near UPSE University. We imagine a place with Internet access suitable for two professors to sit on a patio near the beach, on a bluff, or in a tall concrete structure to watch the tide go in and out after a long day of teaching or researching. We need two bedrooms or larger before December 1.

We are in Ecuador now until Oct. 8th.

Since we have lived over five years in a Mexican village, we do not require English-speaking neighbors. Due to our past experience in architectural design and construction, and our commitment to community improvement through our 20+ years of nonprofit work, any opportunity to barter some rental fees would be welcome.
