Help! T3 and 12-IX Visa and Dates of Re-Entry Confusion

I spent 183 days in Ecuador, split between 2012 and 2013.

T3 Visa: 11/5/2012-2/2/2013 90 days

Illegal: 2/3/2013-2/5/2013 3 days

12-IX Visa: 2/6/2013-5/7/2013 91 days

(**The "Illegal" days: My 12-IX paperwork was in and I was waiting on the Consulate to process it during my 3 days that appear illegal. They told me it was not a problem and I would not be penalized, but I have no record of this.**)

Ecuadorian Immigrations verbally "guaranteed" I would be allowed re-entry 1 chronological year from my original date of entry (11/5/2014) and the Ecuadorian Consulate in NYC gave me conflicting information, stating I would be allowed re-entry 1 chronological year from the start of my 12-IX Visa (2/6/2014).

Concerns: I tried to enter Ecuador 20 days before a chronological year had passed since my original date of entry of 11/5/2012. Although the head of Ecuadorian Immigrations in the Guayaquil airport verbally "guaranteed" I would not be penalized and would be granted re-entry on 11/5/2014, this was only a verbal guarantee. I was told by an Airline Official who went down to Immigrations to copy my passport that one of the workers told her that I would be flagged for a "few months" but she was unable to give me specific dates as she was just talking to a worker. I also want to verify that the 3 days appearing to be "illegal" on my passport between my T3 and 12-IX will not be used against me when I do try to re-enter, whenever that may be. Any past experiences, resources, advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
