I am doing a documentary film on expats in Ecuador, please read!

Hello to all expats!

I am a fourth-year film student at Ohio University, and this winter break I am participating in Documentary Filmmaking class in Ecuador, and I want to tell your stories!

We, as a class, have split up into four groups pursuing different documentaries during our study, and my group is interested in doing a documentary on the expat culture in Ecuador--why people have chosen Ecuador, how their lives are different, what challenges and obstacles they face, etc.

I stumbled across the Expat Exchange while doing my preliminary research, and I was hoping I might be able to find some willing participants.

We will be staying in Quito from December 15-January 8th. If anyone here is interested in being a part of the documentary -- interviews, personal stories, sharing their experiences of their new country -- we would love to start a conversation with you.
