Looking to move and still work in US

We are coming to visit friends that have moved to Ecuador and want to check out all the areas that we can in 2 short weeks. We are starting in Cuenca, Quito, Manta, Salinas, Playas and Guayquil.

We will need the internet for the jobs we currently hold and will need to fly back to the US 3-4 times per year.

Can we get a VISA that will allow us to do this?

Where will we find the best internet connections and flights back to the US?

This seems like an amazing opportunity to work to live vs the current situation. We have been to almost every city in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Several other Central American Countries and feel that everything about Ecuador makes it a great fit.
