Hi everyone so ive been reading through some of the forum topics and what not. We are looking at relocating from panama. Im mid 20s so is my girlfriend and my parents are late 50s. Weve been in panana 15 years and we want something new. Ive read the usual corruption posts. Useless police. Etc these things i guess are normal and so ia petty crime. Im more interested in peoples overall experiences and if any can compare them to other latin locations. And also more serious crime. Both my father and i dont have an issue we have been to some of the worst places in the world however it is my mother and my girlfriend i worry about. Its difficult to really believe anything you read on any of these travel site and relocation pages because i know its all over hyped. The other questions i have are would you consider it suitable enviroment to raise a family? And can you feasibly start a business or oa it all full of crap and is one going to struggle for the next 20 years. In regards to raosing family i grew up as a kid in panama and the public education system was trash but private was good. Is it the same there?
